Dear Mrs. Sills,

As I stated in my email of 9/23/05 "Loretto is fully cooperating with
The Diocese in their investigation. I will have no comment until their
investigation is finished."

Your email of 10/05/05 is clearly beyond the scope of a parent. You are
meddling in the administrative affairs of Loretto High School and making
demands that are not your perogative. Your demands of today and your
threats are creating an atmosphere that is contrary to the mission of
this high school.I will not tolerate this interference any longer.

I am directing you to stay off the Loretto campus unless I give you
permission, personally, to come on the campus. If there is an emergency
involving the health of Katelyn I will allow you on campus for that
single reason.

Please confirm with me that you understand this directive. If you fail
to immediately comply I will be forced to escalate my actions to another
level.
